Return Policy 

Please note all sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@fredric.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Australia 

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. 

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Sydney. 

Shipping options: 

• Standard Shipping / $14.95 flat rate / 2-7 business days
• Express Shipping / $19.95 flat rate / 1-4 business days* 

 *Express shipping to WA is not available

 International 

All successful orders placed will be processed within 1 business day of receiving your order, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

fredric is not responsible for customs charges in the case of international purchases. Please check with your customs authorities prior to purchase to be clear on any duties or taxes you might incur. These charges will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country. Duties and Taxed differ for each country.
